JUSTICE TIRE DISTRIBUTORS, INC is seeking an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our staff.
Job Description
The inside sales rep main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Full time hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers calling in by providing requested information in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Process incoming call order requests. Initiate a work order for the customer, print the work order out and place on appropriate route clipboard.
- Place outgoing calls according to local route call sheet, contacting customers to see if they need any product and to inform them of pre-determined information. An email summary of the calls is to be sent at the end of day to management and sales personnel, including route, account name, contact name, and call details.
- Place outgoing calls according to non-local route call sheets, contacting customers to see if they need any product and to inform them of pre-determined information. Calls are to be made daily. An email summary of the call is to be sent at the end of day to management and sales personnel, including route, account name, contact name, and call details.
- Update call route sheet on a daily basis based on feedback information acquired when speaking with customers and forward information to warehouse manager. Ex: contact information, where to drop tires when delivered, banner needs replaced, need outside sales rep to come by, etc.
- Call all new accounts on a weekly basis. A summary of these new account contacts need to be emailed at the end of the week to management and sales personnel, including account name, contact name, and call details.
- Obtain sales information that needs to be forwarded to the outside sales reps in a consistent manner. Attention needs given to get new and updated information to the outside reps as soon as it comes available.
- Assist with various warehouse duties as needed, including: pulling tire orders, Converting work orders into invoices, checking invoices for accuracy, loading both local and route trucks, assisting local pickup orders with signing invoice, collecting payment for COD accounts, assisting with inventory (usually 4 times a year), learn local route to be able to fill in delivery as needed, as well as other routes, open early morning and get the route trucks out, checking for overnight orders and closing out tickets and adding to route trucks. Obtain professional training provided by various tire manufacturers, usually online.
- Study in-house information regarding products and programs to be fully knowledgeable to be able to assist customers in the most professional manner as possible.
- Have a great attitude as it affects every aspect of not only your job but of those around you. Open door policy with warehouse manager. Ask questions.
- Show up for work at specified time in a consistent and reliable basis.
- Any and all other activities deemed necessary by management.
