JusticeWorks is seeking a Transporter / Visitation Monitor, you will play an integral role in ensuring our clients feel comfortable and safe while being transported by our organization. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times and demonstrating our commitment to providing a safe and reliable transportation experience to our clients. You will be expected to reliably transport clients to their requested destinations in a timely manner, while also providing a clean, comfortable, and secure environment throughout the transportation process.
You will also spend a portion of your time supervising visitation sessions between parents and children. You will make sure that the visits are conducted in a safe manner and that the best interests of the child remain the top priority. You will be expected to be alert and attentive during the visit, and to intervene if necessary. This position will work mainly nights and weekends.
The qualified Transporter / Visitation Monitor will have:
- High School Diploma.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
The qualified Transporter / Visitation Monitor will:
- Transport clients to authorized destinations, utilizing personal vehicle.
- Assist Caseworkers in observing and reporting significant behavior and conversation.
- Communicate and maintain relationships with county workers, families and community providers.
