JusticeWorks is seeking a Youth Development Advisor to work directly with young individuals to provide career guidance, foster job readiness, and connect them with valuable work experiences. Whether it's through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, or facilitating internship opportunities, you’ll be a key part of their journey toward career success as a Youth Career Development Advisor.

The qualified Youth Career Development Advisor will:
- Assist with matching youth to appropriate work-based learning opportunities based on their career interests and goals.
- Provide one-on-one career counseling and guidance to youth, helping them explore career paths and set professional goals.
- Assist youth in identifying and developing transferable skills relevant to various industries.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
The qualified Youth Career Development Advisor will have:
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
