JustinBradley’s client, a global network of policy research centers, is looking to add an Accounting Assistant to their Washington, DC area headquarters.
Highlighted Responsibilities:
- Handling accounts payable, cash receipts, annual Form 1099s and other filings.
- Assisting with the annual audit preparation.
- Preparing journal entries.
- Reconciling corporate credit card statements.
A well- qualified candidate will possess the following:
- An undergraduate degree in accounting, and up to one year of accounting experience.
- Proficiency with Concur/AP automation system is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
