JustinBradley’s client, a leading source of mortgage financing, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant for a 3 month project to support the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Senior Vice President (SVP) in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, handling confidential information, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and excels under shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate events, and manage priorities.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic/international travel and accommodations.
- Communication & Confidentiality: Screen calls/emails, draft correspondence, and uphold discretion.
- Operational Support: Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and drive tasks to completion.
- Technology & Process Improvement: Utilize Microsoft Outlook (required), PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OneNote (preferred).
Qualifications
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-moving, high-exposure environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
