The Reservation Room Team Lead is responsible for working with the Reservation Room Manager by helping in maximizing service sales, providing an elevated experience for the client, and providing leadership and direction to the reservation team. The Team Lead will assume responsibility of Reservation room operations as the “Manager-on-Duty” in the absence of Management.

Additional knowledge and responsibilities include in-depth knowledge of JUUT’s artists, pricing, scheduling and services. Key accountabilities of this position include those tasks listed below combined with ensuring positive, uplifting experiences for all customers, being a resource to guests, artists and therapists, and upholding Juut’s Daymaker philosophy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in all duties required of all Reservation Specialists, including but not limited to guest interaction; appointment scheduling; and phone and text message etiquette.

In-depth knowledge of all artists including services provided, specialties, levels, etc.

Attend all training, education, and meetings / huddles.

Must always remain professional, in demeanor and communication.

Ability to act as the “Manager-on-Duty” to guests and employees in the absence of the manager.

Ability to provide manager with feedback from team.

Collaborate with manager to create and update informational documents and checklists, including documents in Google Drive.

Assist in celebrating the Reservation team, creating team bonding activities and increasing team morale.

Support sales goals and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Intermediate to Advanced computer and phone proficiency with a focus on accuracy in typing (50 WPM grammar, spelling, speed, etc.)

Availability to work reservation schedule – nights and weekends required.

Ability to interact in a positive and productive manner while fostering a team based environment.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.

2-5 years of experience in customer service or management preferable at Juut or similar setting.

Type 50 WPM with accuracy in grammar, spelling, speed, etc.

Must be able to stand / sit for extended periods of time
