Overview
We are seeking a licensed (preferred), dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will engage with customers through various channels, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Must have a current P& C License.
- Ability to multitask is beneficial.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat to assist with product information and order processing.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
- Assist in telemarketing efforts to promote new products or services to existing customers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Support retail sales initiatives by providing product information and assisting customers in-store when needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred; outside sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and adapt approaches accordingly.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is an advantage.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
