Human Resources Operations Administrator
JVT Advisors is an established 25-year-old staffing consulting firm based in Andover, Massachusetts. We're looking for a HR Operations Administrator to support our growing consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for recruiting/onboarding
- Coordinate background checks & drug screens
- Support Sales staff with contract agreements
- Assist w/benefits administration & communicate benefit information
- Maintain HR records & compile reports
- Support HR projects & initiatives
- Collect paperwork & maintain it in the appropriate databases
- Interact w/supervisors for validation of information & ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot & resolve employee issues or questions
- Copy & file paperwork
- Assist with Company events
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in an office administration/operations support position within a fast-paced company.
- Experience with high-volume, new-hire onboarding and documentation processes is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication with strong customer service focus.
- Staffing agency, onboarding experience would be considered an strong advantage, but not required.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
