JW Floor Covering, Inc. is seeking a Hard Surface Flooring Specialist to become part of our Installation Review Team. The Installation Specialist will have general knowledge of how to install all hard surface flooring types. The installation specialist will review incoming orders from all locations to ensure accuracy before scheduling installation dates. This critical role helps identify errors, estimate discrepancies, and HOA concerns to ensure a smooth installation process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review installation orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Review installations for any flagged items as specified by the JW system.
- Communicate with customers before their flooring installation to confirm details.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls or emails from customers, business partners, and other branch offices regarding specific installation purchase orders (POs).
- Respond to business partner emails with timely resolutions.
- Schedule installations and coordinate pre-installation site walks.
- Prepare change order estimates, invoices, and other related documentation.
- Prepare HOA documentation and paperwork for required approvals.
- Oversee supply inventory management to ensure facilities are adequately stocked.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
