Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop social media strategy, video and photo content for various social media platforms. The candiate will also help with email marketing. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail, is creative, and excited about collaborating with our clients to plan ahead and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and publishing engaging content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
- Ensure brand consistency in voice, style, and messaging across all social media channels for each client we work with.
- Stay informed on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance engagement and reach.
- Monitor and interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in photoshoots and video productions, including behind-the-scenes content and videography for ultimate story telling.
- Create, manage and update the social media content calendar to ensure timely and strategic posting.
- Must have experience with email marketing (messaging & design)- Constant Contact or MailChimp is a bonus.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in social media content creation, email & digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, management tools, and analytics.
- Strong written and visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail!
- Experience in photography, videography, and video editing for social media.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to drive engagement.
- Graphic design skills in Canva or Adobe.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
