Our client, a research-driven quantitative investment firm leveraging data science, machine learning, and advanced statistical methods to develop systematic trading strategies across global markets, is currently seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their existing team.
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition (strategy, sourcing, interviewing, closing) for super niche technology roles. You will take the lead in developing and executing hiring strategies while working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive successful outcomes. You will build strong partnerships across the firm, ensuring a seamless and strategic hiring process as well as manage external relationships with recruiting agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp ability to assess talent and fit, strong emotional intelligence, and an unwavering attention to detail. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape both the hiring strategy and culture of the firm.
The firm is looking for someone comfortable working in a highly intellectual, low-ego environment with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute at all levels. The firm operates on a hybrid schedule working on-site Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years direct experience with technical recruiting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (ideally another top investment firm).
- Bachelor's degree from a strong academic program required.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A sharp analytical mindset paired with strong business insight.
- Excellent judgment and a high level of discretion.
