About the Opportunity: Join JWB Signature Homes, Jacksonville's premier builder and seller of high-quality, affordable new-construction homes, as a dynamic Real Estate Agent. This is an exceptional opportunity for a licensed, driven professional ready to hustle, grind, and elevate their career to new heights. You'll start strong with an initial set of 5 exclusive listings and unlock unlimited potential by earning more listings through demonstrated success to earn a consistent book of listings from JWB Signature Homes (currently have ~55 active listings).
What You'll Do:

• Aggressively market JWB Signature Home listings on the MLS and through creative, impactful marketing strategies.
• Attend and coordinate all property showings, ensuring homes are presented impeccably.
• Plan and execute engaging open houses designed to attract buyers and agents alike.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with the JWB Realty internal team, maintaining clarity and alignment on each listing.
• Manage and track all listing details meticulously in Salesforce CRM, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Oversee, draft and navigate all contracts, negotiations, and offers from initial showing through to successful closings.
• Provide exceptional service and responsiveness to buyer agents and prospective buyers, upholding JWB's brand standards.

• Rapidly placing homes under contract, earning additional listings through your proven performance.
• Delivering outstanding client and agent experiences, contributing positively to JWB's respected reputation.
• Consistent, proactive communication and flawless documentation in Salesforce.
• Continual personal and professional growth, supported by clear metrics and high standards.
  

Office Commitments:

• In-office training- initial and ongoing/as needed
• Biweekly in-office team meetings
• Monthly in office 121 meetings
  

Compensation: To be discussed during the interview process.

Your Expenses:

• Custom signs, marketing materials, riders, ongoing business card/name badges, mailers, sponsored ads, ongoing branded apparel and merchandise, lockboxes
  

Our expenses:

• Generic signage, first name badge, first order of business cards, JWB website costs, office keyfobs, training materials, first round of JWB Signature Homes apparel and merchandise.
