Job Purpose :
Field support ensures that our Parts and Service Managers have the needed tools and support to navigate day to day challenges and implement and follow JX operational best practices. Field support includes, but is not limited to aiding with aging inventory (in conjunction with the Purchasing team), training new managers, creating and fostering training at the JX Parts Academy, completing audits of JX locations, ensuring adherence to best practices, and aiding in support of branch functions to ensure we’re creating positive experiences for our internal and external customers.
