Job Purpose :
The Supervisor of Truck Sales Administration is a working supervisor that provides direct oversight of the administrative team to effectively and consistently manage processes and documentation associated with the retail sales activities for new and pre owned trucks. This position plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting growth initiatives within the sales administration team.
Compensation : $50,000.00-$70,000.00 / yr (Depending on Experience)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Honor Commitments :
- Supervise truck deal process :
- Act as a working supervisor for the team that processes deals on a daily basis.
- Work closely with the Sales Executives and sales management to ensure all deal requests are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supervise titling, taxation requirements, warranty documentations and processing of payment as needed.
- Supervise warranty documentation submission and process payment when needed.
- Act as a resource for the branches regarding sales tax and process questions.
- Oversee the reconciliation of outstanding purchase orders.
- Oversee processing of check requests for pay-offs, refunds, titling and miscellaneous requests
- Ensure the month end process is completed and work with the branches to collect missing items.
- Work with dealership locations & the Financial Reporting group to ensure the proper valuation and pricing on equipment
- Work closely with Accounting team members :
- Ensure the proper valuation and pricing on equipment
- Verify month end tasks are completed tasking branches with any missing items.
