Job Purpose:
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Branch Coordinator will serve as the primary back-up for customers both in person and via the telephone, as well as, providing critical levels of support for the parts, service, sales and lease/rental departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Honor Commitments:
- Process daily deposits, cash drawer, file invoices.
- Perform cash logs for branches and submit by 2 pm to AR cash.
- Reconcile and replenish petty cash per JX policy as needed.
- Schedule PDI ?Pre-Delivery Inspection) with shop for new trucks.
- Ensure all units are entered into P drive, Profit master, and Truck Paper with correct unit specs and correct photos.
- Perform Monthly Billing for key accounts.
- Coordinate check-in and check-out of rentals, ensuring all documents are signed and sent to the rental department.
Create Positive Experiences:
- Personally greet customers in a positive, professional manner.
- Courteously answer telephone calls for internal and external customers.
- Display poise, decorum, and confidence in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Provide enough Trip Records along with explaining to each customer how to fill them out as well as all the necessary documentation that must be turned in as well.
- Resolve issues with rental customers (e.g., billing, missing mileage, etc.).
Foster Lifelong Learning:
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned by the Operations Manager, which encourages the acquisition of new skills and knowledge.
- Provide occasional support in the delivery of new/used units for salesmen if not present, learning the comprehensive process of sales and delivery.
Exhibit Pioneering Spirit:
- Ensure proper photos are taken and uploaded to correct locations in a timely manner for both new and used trucks, adopting new technologies or methods for showcasing vehicles.
- Conduct lot checks and take necessary follow-up actions ?Profitmaster) to ensure inventory management is innovative and efficient.
- Perform an audit of truck inventory to maintain high standards and accuracy in vehicle documentation and presentation.
Demonstrate Good Stewardship:
- Order supplies, demonstrating responsibility in managing resources efficiently.
- Process coupons and customer refunds, ensuring financial integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Enter and approve payroll for hourly branch associates and shuttle drivers, managing human resources responsibly.
- Physically inspecting and ensuring that the unit is being returned in the same condition in which it was rented, showing care for company assets.
- Ensure all rental units on the lot are “Green Tag? ready, managing and maintaining the quality of the fleet responsibly.
- Collect information on DEF ?Diesel Exhaust Fluid) if applicable, ensuring compliance and stewardship of environmental regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
