We are looking for an Architectural Project Manager / Project Architect to join our North Salt Lake office.

The position involves working on various project types including Multi-Family Housing, Professional Offices, Hotels/Resorts, Retail, Aviation, High-end Residential, Medical/Dental, Industrial, Government Work, etc.
What You Need To Apply For the Architectural Project Manager Role:
- Legally authorized to work in the US and living near either of our offices or willing and able to relocate (no remote work)
- Minimum 4 years experience in project delivery
- Minimum 2 years of management involving direct client contact and full responsibility for projects
- Ability to interpret construction data, engineering calculations and drawings
- Proficiency in Revit with strong 3D design skills required, with knowledge of building construction techniques, methods and materials, hand drawing, building codes, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Lumion and Enscape is desired.
- Strong skill set of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Experience drafting commercial construction documents preferred
- Must possess strong time management and people management skills and have the ability to handle the pressure of tight deadlines
- Must be able to travel on need basis
- Dependability and trustworthiness are essential
- High level of interest and motivation in the creative and technical aspects of the profession
Preferred, but Not Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or other relevant discipline
- LEED accreditation
- NCARB certificate
- PMP certification
In the Role of Architectural Project Manager, We'll Count on You to:
- Lead the development of the design, working in collaboration with the Principals and the rest of the internal and external design team
- Review and develop construction plans/designs requested by the client
- Oversee the work done by assistant project manager and draftspersons
- Oversee drafting, review shop drawings and respond to RFI's
- Analyze and estimate project cost for labor, equipment and material
- Monitor progress of all construction phases in compliance with building plans and deadlines
- Manage correspondence with project architects, clients, engineers, vendors, consultants, building departments, construction team and other personnel involved in projects
- Review and research state and local code compliances
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
- Execute site surveys on a need basis
- Manage people on the team and their expectations
- Share and own your design ideas and work
Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday
Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000 annually and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
