Executive Director - Elk Grove, CA (Permanent Direct Hire - 100% Onsite)
We are seeking an Executive Director to lead a clinic in a high-growth environment. As the CEO of your clinic, you will own the P&L, develop and guide the leadership team, and collaborate with finance, marketing, and enrollment teams to achieve operational goals and enroll new participants.
Essential Duties :
- Monitor care quality and ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Lead and develop the clinic's management team.
- Collaborate with finance to design, operate, and maintain the clinic's budget.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including community service providers and regulators.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local standards, passing audits.
- Participate in strategic planning and implement best practices across other programs.
