- Manage day-to-day operations within the Histology Laboratory Department.
- Develop and implement mechanisms to measure, monitor, and improve specimen processing quality and report turnaround times.

- Perform embedding, microtomy, IHC, and special stains as needed.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate histology operations and workflow.
- Manage employee hiring, performance, and training processes.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of Histotech experience.
- Some supervisory or management experience.
