Job Description
As a Landscape Installation Supervisor at K&C Grounds Maintenance, you will be responsible for taking projects from blueprints to reality. You will lead a team of highly-skilled staff to complete projects in accordance with layout plans, customer specifications, and time constraints. You will oversee job sites to ensure that crew operations meet company quality standards. A Landscape Installation Supervisor will also maintain cordial relationships and communicate regularly with clients and property managers, and they will work closely with our company president to ensure proper execution.

Primary Responsibilities
- Study and understand layouts for each project
- Coordinate staff to ensure correct installation in compliance with plans and individual project requirements
- Assign tasks and set clear expectations for your team
- Maintain cordial relationships with clients and property managers, including regular communication, updates, and clarification to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Work closely with company president in order to clarify project specifications and ensure proper execution that is on schedule
- Work alongside and support crews when necessary
- Assure proper and efficient use of equipment
- Achieve results that meet company standards and exceed customer expectations
- Ensure safety of operations
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1-3 years of landscaping supervision / management
- Horticulture expertise
- Understanding of landscaping practices and processes and familiarity with required equipment
- Problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and independent with high attention to detail
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule
- English (bilingual Spanish is a plus)
- Valid Driver’s License and authorization to work in the United States
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range (depending on experience): 60,000 - 75,000 per year – with opportunity for further career advancement
