Part time Professional Residential Cleaner

We’re a small, family-run business dedicated to delivering top-notch cleaning services, and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a cleaner who is eager to make a difference in both residential and occasional commercial spaces, as well as move-out cleans.

Responsibilities:

• Residential Cleaning:

Perform regular cleaning duties in residential homes, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces in living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.

• Move-Out/Move-In Cleans:

Conduct thorough cleaning for move-out or move-in situations, ensuring all spaces are spotless and ready for new tenants or homeowners.

• Commercial Cleaning:

Assist with cleaning commercial spaces as needed, ensuring the environment is tidy, organized, and presentable.

• Maintain Cleaning Equipment & Supplies:

Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to management. Properly store and maintain cleaning supplies.

• Attention to Detail:

Spot clean high-touch areas such as light switches, doorknobs, and remote controls. Focus on deep-cleaning tasks as required.

• Client Interaction:

Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with clients. Follow any specific client requests for cleaning tasks.

• Ensure Safety & Cleanliness:

Adhere to safety procedures, especially when handling cleaning chemicals, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

• Time Management:

Complete assigned cleaning tasks within the designated time frames while ensuring high standards of quality.

• Regular Communication with Management:

Keep management updated on any concerns, special cleaning requests, or client feedback.

What we are looking for:

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Must have access to a washer and dryer to occasionally wash and dry rags
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Must possess a friendly and energetic demeanor
• Previous experience in residential cleaning preferred
