K&D is looking for the best in the industry! Hiring for cleaning technicians for residential housekeeping needs. Daily responsibilities can range from cleaning unoccupied suites, common areas, stairwells and other assigned duties.
The technician is responsible for the overall cleanliness and professional appearance of assigned building. Technicians must have a desire to work in a team environment and willingness to provide good customer service with resident custodial needs.
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required: Willing to train candidates. Should have consistent employment history.

Schedule:
Full time position: Monday -Friday with possible weekends (to be determined based on assigned site). Typical hours are 8:30am-5:00pm (May vary by one hour).
Pay Type:
Based on years of experience and site location. Starting at $15.00 /hr. Bi-weekly pay.
Must be able to pass our criminal background check & pre-employment drug screen testing.
