What You’ll Be Doing:

• Detailed Cleaning: With your meticulous approach, you’ll use your mop, duster, vacuum, and various cleaning tools to ensure every surface and corner is spotless and gleaming.
• Transforming Homes: You will take pride in turning each home into a shining masterpiece, with an attention to detail that will make every space look brand new. Your work will leave every client in awe of your thoroughness and precision.
• Recurring & Deep Cleaning: Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and more, to meet clients' individual needs and expectations.

Your Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (35-40 hours per week of focused, hands-on cleaning work that allows you to make a real difference in the homes you clean).

Pay & Perks:

• Earnings Potential: Full-time cleaners can earn between $680-$880 per week, plus tips.
• Base Pay: Start at $17/hr after completing your training, with the potential to earn up to $22/hr plus tips based on your performance.
• Performance Bonuses: Earn an extra $2/hr for exceptional work – we reward those who go above and beyond.
• Training Pay: Start at $15/hr during your 2-3 week training period, as you learn the ropes and become an expert in cleaning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Pet-Friendly: Many of our clients have pets, so a love for animals is a must!
• Attention to Detail: Your ability to focus on the finer details of cleaning – from baseboards to countertops – is key to your success in this role.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required if you're interested in becoming a team lead, as you'll need to operate our company cars and travel between job locations.
• No Allergies: You should be comfortable with dust, cleaning products, and pets.
• Positive Attitude: Your enthusiasm and commitment to providing top-tier service will be essential to your success.
• Team Player: While you’ll be responsible for your individual work, you’ll also work collaboratively with teammates to make sure everyone shines.
• Clean Background: A background check will be conducted to ensure safety and reliability.
• 18 & Eligible to Work in the USA: Legal eligibility to work is required.
