Requirements-
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting
- Ability to prepare and present treatment plans to patients
- Familiarity with dental terminology, insurance processing, and office management software
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and team members
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and handle cancellations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process patient payments and manage medical/dental collections as needed.
- Assist with insurance verification and communicate treatment plans to patients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
