Responsibilities:
Help with answering multiline incoming phone calls
File and organize documents and records
Provide clerical support to the office staff
Assist with verifying accounts receivable customer invoicing
Help with verifying customer payments to invoices
Assist with monthly customer statements
Performs clerical duties as needed
Assist all office personnel in projects as needed
Qualifications:

Schedule:
Part-time 15 hours a week Monday- Friday
