IT Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology team and oversee the management of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure, technical support, and system administration. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align IT initiatives with business goals while ensuring the reliability and security of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, and applications.
• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Oversee the implementation and management of network infrastructure including WAN, LAN, and DHCP configurations.
• Administer virtual environments using vSphere to optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor system performance using tools such as Solarwinds to ensure optimal operation.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to enhance security and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
• Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain documentation for systems configurations, processes, and procedures.

Skills

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in providing technical support across various platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure design and implementation.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, particularly vSphere.
• Familiarity with WAN technologies and configurations.
• Proficient in monitoring tools like Solarwinds for system performance analysis.
• Knowledge of DHCP configuration and management.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Understanding of LAN setup and management practices.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for IT service management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
