Responsibilities
- Be the face of our client’s consumer base - talk to customers, promote products, and spread brand awareness within a retail environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Collaborate with a sales and marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Prior experience in direct sales, retail, and customer service is preferred, but not required
- Strong organization and business development skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer needs.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is preferred but not required.
