Our Human Resources Generalist will provide advice and assistance to a business unit on a wide variety of human resources functions, including staffing, Associate relations, training, development, performance management, compensation, and payroll issues. This position typically reports to a Director or Manager of Human Resources, providing HR advice and support to a local client group. Works with hiring manager and recruiting department in managing the on-boarding process. Responsible for generating reports and obtaining information from UKG Pro and other related systems in order to make decisions related to HR issues. Counsels Associates and management on a wide variety of HR topics including benefits administration, payroll and policies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or HR-related discipline is preferred; a minimum of 2 years of HR experience in an administrative/advisory role.
