In this role, the Associate will assist the human resources department in developing and implementing various human resources programs and procedures for Associates in their business unit. Essential duties and responsibilities to include the following.
Some college preferred; minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably working with HR-related responsibilities. Communication, people, organization and detail-oriented skills. Proficient in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).

- Provide general administrative support to HR team.
- Distribute various HR-related communications to a local client group.
- Serve as an assistant to the HR Manager and Department Head.
- Track and monitor HR-related documents such as annual acknowledgements, performance appraisals and OSHA/Worker’s Compensation records.
- Ensure that personnel files are kept up-to-date and that Associate-related documents are filed appropriately.
- Coordinate training sessions and other meetings.
- Partner with Corporate Payroll, Benefits and Recruiting as required to ensure accurate and timely processing of documents and paperwork.
