You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. We are a small property management company that own apartment buildings.
Job Description :
- Assisting in answering calls
- Performing office duties
- Responding to inquires via phone and email
- Scheduling and following up with maintenance requests
- Assisting in lease administrative activities, maintaining lease renewals an collecting renter insurance.
- Coordinating tenants move ins and move outs
- Educate tenants during move-in on property policies
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Ensure property is always very well maintained
- Enforce property rules and regulations
Requirements :
Job Type : Part-time 9am -5pm
Pay : $20.00 per hour
