Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and availability of parts.
- Utilize order management systems for tracking orders, processing shipments, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their parts inquiries and needs.
- Fabricate parts as necessary to meet specific customer requirements or repair needs.
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Conduct outdoor equipment diagnostics to identify necessary parts for repairs or replacements.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions related to parts sales and inventory.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in outdoor power equipment is a must.
- Strong knowledge of outdoor power equipment and parts is a plus.
- Proficiency in using order management systems for effective inventory tracking.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
