ABOUT THE JOB:
The Senior HCM Analyst will lead the implementation and optimization of Workday as the primary Human Capital Management (HCM) system for Parkland Health. This role is crucial in managing the transition from the current system solutions to Workday, ensuring that the system meets Parkland Health's needs while enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience. Will collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and operational leaders, to drive successful project execution and system adoption.
- Workday HCM, Core and/or Recruiting certified - strongly preferred
- Min. of 5 years experience in implementation and/or end-to-end enhancements, preferably with Workday or other HRIS implementation.
- Must be skilled in the communication of implemented processes and procedures that goes beyond technical jargon.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource, Information Technology or related field.
- familiarity with PeopleSoft preferred.
- LOCAL candidates highly preferred.
