Primary Responsibilities
- Advocate for business clients throughout the solution development lifecycle, including initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
- Conduct complex analysis to identify core business issues and map potential solutions.
- Translate business needs into detailed groomed requirements to guide solution development.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to refine solution designs and ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to the requirements document.
- Resolve conflicts stemming from technical deviations from agreed requirements.
- Partner with the testing team to ensure that all issues are identified and resolved before rollout.
- Evaluate user interactions with the solution during implementation, making modifications as necessary.
- Stay informed of industry best practices, resources, and trends.
- Potentially work across multiple business or technical areas.
- Mentor and assist junior staff as required.
Required Qualifications
- At least Six (6) years of experience in business systems analysis
- Experience of working in Agile mandatory
- Proven Expertise on requirement gathering & story grooming
- Prior experience of working on ServiceNow modules would be a plus
- Technical background preferred
- Key Skills:
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in Jira
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Business Analyst (BA) certification.
