K&K Property Management is the fastest-growing community association management company in the area. We manage some of the best properties in Park City, Heber, and Midway, and we need a Maintenance Tech Level I to help keep them in top shape.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Property inspections – walk properties daily, check for issues, and report concerns
- Basic repairs – fix door handles, unclog drains, touch-up paint, change light bulbs & batteries
- Preventative maintenance – swap out air filters, check common area equipment, assess minor fixes
- Groundskeeping & exterior upkeep – sweeping, trash removal, general cleanup, weeding, light landscaping, snow removal, and pressure washing
- Common area maintenance – lobbies, hallways, stairwells, locker rooms, etc.
- Pool checks – monitor chemical levels (training provided—our CPO will handle the technical stuff)
- Assist Level II Techs & Maintenance Director – help with more complex repairs and projects
- Keep supplies organized & stocked – maintain an inventory and notify the GM or Maintenance Director when restocking is needed
- Be the friendly face of K&K – interact with owners and residents in a professional, friendly manner
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time position
- Rotating schedule – some weekends & holidays required
- On-call rotation – heavier on-call hours during winter for snow removal
- $17-22/hr DOE potential for raises & promotions
- Health insurance 2 weeks PTO
- Bring your own tools or we’ll provide them
What We’re Looking For
Experience preferred but not required – if you’re a quick learner, we’ll train you! (1 year of general maintenance or handyman experience is a plus)
Problem-solving skills – you can troubleshoot and think on your feet
Independence & reliability – you don’t need someone constantly looking over your shoulder
Communication & teamwork – we work together, but you’ll also work solo a lot
Physical stamina – lifting, climbing ladders, working indoors & outdoors in all seasons
