Maintenance Technician Level II – $19-23/hr DOE – Full-Time | Park City, Heber & Midway, UT

What You’ll Be Doing
- Minor electrical work – outlet replacements, resetting breakers, troubleshooting power issues
- Plumbing repairs – fixing leaks, replacing faucets, clearing drains
- HVAC maintenance – replacing filters, troubleshooting heating/cooling issues, assisting with repairs
- Carpentry & structural repairs – drywall patching, door repairs, installing shelves
- Equipment maintenance – inspecting boilers, pumps, motors, and other mechanical systems
- Emergency response – handling urgent maintenance calls, snow removal, storm cleanup
- Troubleshooting & diagnostics – identify, assess, and fix maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
- Vendor coordination – work with contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects
- Mentoring Level I techs – help train and guide entry-level team members
- Maintaining logs & reports – document maintenance tasks and inspections for property records
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time position
- Rotating schedule – weekends & holidays required
- On-call rotation – higher demand in winter (snow removal, storm cleanup)
- $19-23/hr DOE room for raises & advancement
- Health insurance 2 weeks PTO per year
- Bring your own tools or we’ll provide them
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in general maintenance, construction, or skilled trades
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Strong problem-solving skills – can assess and prioritize maintenance needs
- Self-starter & independent worker – can take initiative and get things done
- Excellent communication skills – able to interact professionally with residents, owners, and team members
- Physical stamina – lifting, climbing ladders, working in varying temperatures
