Job Description
Designing, implementing, and maintaining e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and translating them into technical solutions.

Functional Must have
- Advising businesses on implementing and optimizing e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including designing, developing, and integrating solutions, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Strong Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud expertise
- Experience with global e-commerce rollouts and integrations
- Knowledge of multi-currency, tax, and localization best practices
- Understanding of order management, subscription models, and payment processing, etc
- Ability to collaborate with ERP, Finance, and IT teams.
- Solution design, implementaton, integration, development, testing & quality assurance, troubleshooting, training and knowledge transfer.
Technical Must have
- Possess strong technical skills in e-commerce, web development, Salesforce platform knowledge, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and cloud computing concepts. Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B and B2C).
- Experience with Salesforce platform and APIs.
- Knowledge of e-commerce architecture and best practices.
- Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with databases and data management.
- Experience with testing and quality assurance
