WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Customer Service Wine Merchant (Hybrid) with high-level people skills, who is an enthusiastic conversationalist with equally strong listening skills. The ideal candidate will be effective at offering product advice and general assistance to our customers by phone, email, and chat. As Customer Service Wine Merchant (Hybrid) you will work remote 90% of your work week, and participate in an on-site staff tasting event at one of our retail facilities (Hollywood, Culver City, Redwood City, San Francisco).
