Quality Control Inspector Maple Grove, MN Payrate: $25-$35 per hour
Shift Needed: 1st Shift 6:45am – 4pm Mon-Thurs. and 6:45am – 12pm on Fridays.
Benefits Offered: Employees are offered 6 paid holidays and will qualify for healthcare benefits

Job Summary
Operate and maintain Quality Control Inspection equipment calibration while assuring the inspection of
parts from each operator during production. As a QC Inspector, you will be responsible for making
rounds throughout the shop as well as working in the inspection room to check parts for first acceptance
as well as quality checks during production before the parts ship. You may also use your experience to
train operators on how best to use their measuring instruments to inspect their parts for accuracy.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Inspect parts to conform to customer specification.
- Inspect parts using CMM, Optical Comparator, Standard Inspection equipment.
- In-process, set-up, and final inspection.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5 Years of experience with CMM and other inspection equipment
- Good interpersonal communication
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline
- Ability to read and interpret design blueprints

- Strong attention to detail
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Associate’s degree

- While performing the duties of this job, continuous mental and visual attention is needed. The
