K & N Mobile Distribution Systems® is seeking a driven and self-motivated Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team in the South San Antonio territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to serve an established customer base, grow long-term relationships, and bring in new business.
As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing accounts while prospecting and acquiring new business through referrals and cold calls. You will operate from one of our fully equipped "Mobile Parts Stores," which carry over 2,000 high-quality products and provide access to thousands more.
What We Offer:
- Starting Salary: $5,000 per month, plus generous bonuses and commissions
- Fuel Allowance: $1,000 per month
- Commissions: Exceptional earning potential, with many salespeople earning over $100K annually
- Signing Bonus: $1,000 ($500 paid at 90 days and $500 at 180 days)
- Health Insurance: Paid for by the company
- Career Growth: This position transitions to a full commission-based role after 12 months, allowing you to maximize your earning potential

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Regularly visit and service existing accounts to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for growth.
- New Business Development: Prospect and cold call to build a pipeline of new customers.
- Product Education: Introduce new products and services to customers, helping them find solutions that meet their needs.
- Inventory Management: Provide "just-in-time" inventory solutions to customers through regular restocking from your Mobile Parts Store.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
