Summary

As a Host/Host at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Located in a vibrant atmosphere, your role is crucial in ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued while enjoying our interactive dining offerings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and comfort.
• Provide menus and explain the dining concept to guests, highlighting specials and promotions.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area and dining space.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle phone inquiries regarding reservations or menu information with professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
