What is Hot Pot? Hot pot is an Asian cooking method, prepared with a simmering pot of soup stock at the dining table, containing a variety of East Asian foods and ingredients. While your hot pot is simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table in front of your eyes, in a manner similar to fondue.
Korean barbecue known locally as (고기구이) gogi-gui, “Meat Roast”, refers to the Korean cuisine method of grilling meat such as beef, chicken or pork, that you prepare yourself at your table. Our menu offers an extensive selection of fresh quality meats, seafood, noodles, and vegetables for Hot Pot and BBQ experience.
The Front of House Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests in a dining environment. This position is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service excellence, and the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for both guests and team members.
Role Overview
Overseeing all FOH operations include providing assistance for opening and closing of restaurants.
Must have an availability to work evenings and weekends. Should be extremely organized, a strong multi-tasker, an ability to coach direct reports in the moment, and have experience in reinforcing an exceptional climate of hospitality within the restaurant.
Minimum - 1 years prior supervisor restaurant experience; general overall knowledge of front of the house roles and responsibilities; ability to lead and train others
The average work week will require 55 to 65 hours a week with required weekends.
Duties
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff, including interviewing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food service areas.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and table touches.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations.
- Knowledge of brand standards and operational procedures.
- Enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible service guidelines.
