Responsible for handling inventory (raw material, parts, etc.) through receiving, storing, distributing, reordering, and shipping. Organizes and completes inventory counts. Verifies and keeps record of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.
Your role in our team
- You will specify electrical components
- You will design electrical schematics and control panel layouts using EPLAN software
- You will design the machine safety systems Develop standards for panel design, layout and wiring
- You will apply electrical standards compliant to all appropriate national and international standards (including, but not limited to: UL, NEC, EE, CE, IEE, CSA, etc.)
- You will manage the electrical panel construction area keeping it safe, efficient, and organized
- You will develop solutions to improve the controls design process
- You will provide suggestions for design improvements or changes during all phases of machine design
- You will assist with electrical troubleshooting during machine power up and debugging
- You will validate the machine electrical system in preparation for factory acceptance testing
- Communicate and interact with customers in a positive and professional manne
Your profile
- You have a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience required
- You have experience with electrical design software preferred (EPLAN, AutoCAD, etc.)
- You have experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- You have ability to travel to the customer site
