Your role in our team
- You will implement company culture, values, and policies.

- You will promote employee advancement/ employee recognition efforts.
- You will advocate for employee retention and development (maintain and improve apprenticeship program).
- You will manage data entry and maintenance of employee records.
- You will manage the New Hire Orientation Process.
- You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- You will participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions.
- You will maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.
- You will remain flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Excellent time-management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills.
- Work accurately with close attention to detail.
- You possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality, and accuracy.
- You exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor.
- You have basic computer skills, including e-mail, EXCEL, and Word processing.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce, and resource personnel internal and external.
- Other duties as assigned.
- You have obtained a bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related discipline.
- You have gained at least five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers' compensation, and conflict resolution.
- Experience working in a manufacturing and printing environment is preferred.
- Experience working with a diverse workforce.
- Decisive and self-confident.
- Payroll experience Preferred.
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Preferred.
