Key Responsibilities :
- Physical Labor : Perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials and equipment.
- Construction Support : Assist construction teams by preparing and cleaning job sites, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Material Handling : Load and unload materials and supplies from trucks, ensuring they are properly stored and organized.
- Equipment Operation : Operate basic hand tools and machinery, such as drills, saws, and forklifts, following safety guidelines.
- Cleanup : Maintain a clean and organized work area by disposing of debris, sweeping, and cleaning up spills as needed.
- Assist Skilled Workers : Support skilled workers, such as carpenters, electricians, or plumbers, in their tasks as required.
- Safety Compliance : Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
- Teamwork : Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
