You will receive all the necessary training/skills for a future Lead Technician position with our team. You will be evaluated after 90 days of employment for a Lead Technician role. All technicians receive a production bonus, the Lead Technician position is eligible for a higher production bonus percentage on additional sales/services. It is in our best interest and yours for you to have the ability to show up to work on time and be trainable. We want our customers happy and for you to excel.

What you can offer Stanley Steemer!

• Reliable transportation to and from work and a valid driver's license required. A company vehicle will be used to perform the work.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including repetitive “push/pull” movements with extraction equipment and moving/lifting at least 50 lbs.
• The ability to meet customer needs and "wowing" them with education on our services and spectacular customer service (do not need to generate own leads).
• The ability to perform essential job duties, including the cleaning and maintenance of both residential homes and commercial office environments.
• A desire to be the friendly face of the company while cleaning carpets, upholstery, tile, hardwood, rugs, and other surfaces.
• The ability to communicate well in English (both verbally and in writing)
• Candidates will be required to have acceptable results from a motor vehicle record review, criminal background check, and drug screening.

Pay: $600.00 - $900.00 per week
