Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have valid identification
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
Job Description:
- Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain acceptable levels of productivity
- Monitor machine operations for safety, proper setup, maintenance, and efficiency
- Provide general production employees with the guidance, training, and leadership necessary to enhance their work quality and the quality of the products they produce
- Ensure work area housekeeping is maintained to acceptable standards
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
- Attend meetings as required
- Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies
- Plan daily production activities
- Other duties as assigned
