We are seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as a Warehouse Manager who will play a critical role in optimizing warehouse operations while maintaining cost control to support production efficiency and profitability. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable guidelines and Company safety procedures.

We are seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as a Warehouse Manager who will play a critical role in optimizing warehouse operations while maintaining cost control to support production efficiency and profitability. Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedule and oversee warehouse activities, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Supervise, direct, and coach team members ensuring effective communication, performance, management, and engagement across all levels.
- Maintain, track, and manage material and equipment inventory efficiently.
- Oversee material procurement, ensuring timely ordering and cost-effective purchasing.
- Forecast the cost of materials and assemble material packages for each project to ensure all necessary components are for production.
- Coordinate material deliveries to align with project schedules.
- Optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Obtain and evaluate material and freight quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure that materials are allocated efficiently for each project.
- Ensure accurate documentation of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to facilitate material movement.
- Conduct regular team huddles, safety meetings, and inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Optimize operational workflows and production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Address any customer issues or challenges promptly and effectively, developing solutions that reduce downtime.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure employees follow safety guidelines and perform duties in a safe manner.
- Observe and enforce all safety and security procedures, report unsafe conditions, and properly use equipment.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication environment, with a strong background in inventory control and cost management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving operational success.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and inventory management software.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to manage inventory and cost.
- Ability to lead, direct, motivate, and train employees.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external partners.
- Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain tools and equipment.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend associated documents, Standard Operating Procedures, and SDS sheets.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the field.
- Physical stamina required for position and the a bility to lift and / or move objects that weight 50 pounds or more as role requires
- The ability to work in various weather conditions heat, cold, etc.
