Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Oversee and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized job site throughout the construction process, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate necessary inspections and permits.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the project schedule, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are used efficiently. Coordinate and supervise the work of the team of carpenters, as well as subcontractors, ensuring the high-end construction process runs smoothly and on time.
• Quality Control: Ensure that work performed meets project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship and address any issues that may arise.
• Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project manager, carpenters, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned with the high-end project goals and objectives. Provide regular updates to the project manager on progress, challenges, and necessary adjustments.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making: Address any issues or challenges that arise during the high-end construction process, identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently, and make decisions that keep the project on track.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with the project manager to ensure the high-end project stays within budget. Monitor costs, track expenditures, and problem-solve for any potential cost overruns.
• Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance, support, and training to the team of carpenters, helping them grow and develop their skills. Foster a collaborative, positive work environment while ensuring team members are knowledgeable about project specifications and goals.

Qualifications:

• 2 years minimum (5 preferred) experience as a Residential Construction Superintendent, preferably within the high-end residential construction sector.
• Proven track record of managing upscale residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
• Highly Proficient in BuilderTrend Project Management Software
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary at $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
