Job Overview :
The Business Analyst will work closely with NYCPS stakeholders, IT teams, and business users to capture, analyze, and document business requirements for FSBA system enhancements. This role focuses on improving the quality of IT services, supporting decision-making through data analysis, and ensuring seamless integration of new solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with NYCPS stakeholders to define business requirements and process improvements.
- Document as-is and to-be workflows, refining business cases for system enhancements.
- Develop functional requirements and specifications documents.
- Support QA, UAT, and training documentation for all enhancements.
- Facilitate business process modeling, workflow analysis, and requirement validation.
- Support FSBA data reporting, KPI measurement, and system integration efforts.
- Provide ongoing collaboration with ITSD DIIT teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
