Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Rental Manager to handle accounts in our rental operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing rental inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and booking rentals using our rental software "Point of Rental". Your role will involve working inside helping customers both on the phone and in person, as well as maintaining effective communication with clients and sales team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily rental operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase rental revenue and utilization.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure all equipment is in the rental system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote rental services at community events.
- Perform data entry tasks related to rentals, including contracts and customer information.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Keep good book keeping records for weekly sales meeting to insure proper billing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field, preferably in a rental or service-oriented industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in data entry and inventory management systems.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience in customer service is desirable, showcasing your ability to engage clients in a professional manner.
- Strong speaking skills when handling customers face to face.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong communication skills.
A KNOWLEDGE OF EQUIPMENT IS PREFFERED BUT NOT REQUIRED, WE OFFER IN HOUSE TRAINING ON EQUIPMENT IN ORDER TO PERFORM THIS ROLE.
