Job Title : Deskside / Onsite IT Support Engineer

Duration : Long Term Contract
EXPERIENCE : At least 5 years’ experience as onsite support engineer.
JOB PURPOSE :
- The primary duty of the OSS is to provide technical expertise & support in facilitating the smooth running of the IT service technology platforms.
- OSS is responsible to assist users in respective sites for any IT related issues / queries / concerns.
